Our consultation fee is CA $250.00/ 1 hour.

This includes a clear and transparent breakdown of expenses, including relevant government fees and our firm's legal fees. Fees for legal services are based on fixed (not hourly) rates.

As part of our extensive and ongoing review process, each application undergoes several rounds of evaluation to ensure accuracy, completeness and fulsome, purposeful disclosure. We also strategize with our clients to ensure that any potential issues or weaknesses are appropriately addressed.

Application Submission & Ongoing Communication

With your final review and approval, we submit your application.

We receive all communication about your application from Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and provide them to you immediately, along with helpful context, instructions or information, as appropriate.

We will also communicate with IRCC on your behalf, and continue to represent and advocate for you until your matter is finalized.

And then procedures that had to be completed (medical examination, biometrics, background checks)...Simply put, it would have been very frustrating and near impossible to achieve this on our own. Ms. Khan even submitted to IRCC an 11 page letter as to why our application should be approved. We truly appreciated this, as she proved to be an excellent listener. Based on our conversations, she understood our motivations, values, and beliefs, and explained our story to IRCC in a way that beautifully captured everything we wished to say.
